Refund policy
All Sovana House products are made to order using high-quality print-on-demand production, which means each item is uniquely created just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you’ve ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue, we’re happy to help.

There is a clear manufacturing defect

You contact us within 30 days of delivery
To resolve the issue, please email us at sovanahouse@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem. If multiple items are affected by the same issue, a photo showing them all in one frame may be required.

We cannot offer refunds or reprints if you have selected the wrong size, incorrect colour selection, or buyer’s remorse.

For unsuccessful deliveries (e.g., due to incorrect shipping information), you may request a reprint at an additional cost or a partial refund.

For apparel and other DTG (direct-to-garment) items, a 0.5" variance in print placement is considered within the acceptable tolerance and not treated as a defect.
